By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of my terms and conditions.
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Absolutely no AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency. Do not feed my work to AI models.
Outside of the above, commissioned work may be used by the client for any personal use.
The client is responsible for informing me if they do not want their commissioned work posted to my socials.
I reserve the right to put commissioned work into my portfolio.
Content
YES: Canon characters, OCs, ships, character designs, humanoids, chibis, ponies, pets/creatures, suggestive/mild nudity
UPCHARGE: Furry/anthro
NO: Explicit NSFW, gore, mecha, offensive imagery
Process
After I gather all information and references, I will begin work after payment is received.
Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
I will send progress updates at the following stages: 1.) completed sketch, 2.) halfway through coloring, and 3.) finished piece for final approval. The client is responsible of informing me of any changes during this time.
A final high-res PNG will be emailed to avoid social media image compression.
Payment
Payment accepted via Venmo or PayPal invoice.
Payment is in full up front. USD ($) only.
The client may not initiate a refund after I begin work.
If I am not able to complete your commission, I will issue a full refund.
Minor revisions are free. Major revisions, such as redrawing a character, can be discussed; an additional payment may be required.
Fees/Upcharges
Design Fee: Characters with only textual description/moodboards and no clear visual reference provided are subject to a +15% Character Design Fee.
Rush Fee: Projects with a required turnaround time of less than one week are subject to a +20% Rush Fee, provided I am able to take the rush project on at all.
Furry/Anthros: Subject to a +15% upcharge due to extra time that will be taken on proportions and facial structure.
